The vice-chancellor for research and
technology of university stated: about 40% of the university articles are
published in Q1 journals (Top 25%).
In an interview with the public
relations of the university, Professor Najafi announced the impressive
ascending trend of publication of university articles, compared to corresponding
universities or even some of the type-1 universities in 2019. In this context,
he continued: 30% of 1018 articles are published in Q1 journals in 2019.
He explained: in total, 689 and 857
articles have been published by Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences in
2017 and 2018, respectively, 26% and 33% of which have been published in Q1
journals in 2017 and 2018, respectively.
Pointing out this impressive trend,
Dr. Najafi marked: in contrast to its corresponding universities and even some
type-1 universities in the country, Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences
has had an ascending trend in this field.
