      • Duties of the Secretary and Evaluation Liaison Officer of the Studies Center: • Coordinating the timing of working group meetings with participants and determining the frequency of meetings with the Chair of the Working Group. • Contacting all members to attend scheduled meetings and distributing the meeting agenda prior to each session. • Analyzing the working group’s performance indicators in collaboration with relevant authorities. • Drafting meeting minutes and submitting them to the Chair of the Working Group (within 48 hours after each meeting). • Defining meeting resolutions and assigning a follow-up officer in the minutes. • Monitoring the implementation of resolutions by the assigned officer within the specified timeframe and submitting a follow-up report to the Educational Vice Chancellor or Director of the Center for Studies and Development of Medical Education within one week of the meeting. • Conducting orientation sessions for new working group members, including providing relevant documentation. • Assisting and collaborating with the meeting chairperson. • Categorizing feedback and raising necessary points during meetings. • Collecting and recording suggestions and criticisms related to the working group. • Collaborating with the Accreditation and Evaluation Working Group of the Education Vice Chancellery. • Managing the accreditation process and coordinating other necessary tasks with the Director and experts of the Studies Center.
